Do you need to raise money for your club or charity? Are your members bored with “same old” bake sales, trivia nights, car washes and candy drives? You need something exciting and different!
I have designed a FUNdraiser program that is clean and all ages appropriate entertainment that everyone can enjoy. The show is astonishing, world class and an affordable alternative to quizzes, after dinner speakers and memorabilia auctions.
FUNdraisers are a special type of show.
Since the objective is to raise money for your organization, or charity, I have designed this program to be a WIN-WIN. There are some special conditions that must me met in order for this program to be a success.
There has to be a minimum of 200 people in attendance. This ensures that we maximize our exposure, it makes the show easier, and you raise more money.
The show is free to you and there are no upfront costs!
Here is how it works:
The proceeds from the first 200 tickets sold would be split 50/50. After that, ticket sales are split at 90/10, meaning 90% of the proceeds go to your organization, with 10% being paid to me. This caps out at 500 tickets and anything over that is no longer split, which means 100% goes to your orginization.
FUNdraiser tickets should be at least $10 to $15.
This is to ensure that you make a good return and that the value of the show is maintained. Having trained in Las Vegas, I am a world class hypnotist and the the show is professional.
One could easily pay $25 to $35 a ticket for a show like this one and still think it’s a bargain!
Posters and Promotion
I can provide poster and ticket graphics and artwork so you can print both on your own. However, a few posters and a newsletter will not be enough to sell out your FUNdraiser show – you will need to put in some genuine effort, probably with a team of people to get out into your community to sell tickets. Promotion can be a lot of work, but it is usually very rewarding.
Additionally, I will create you a custom webpage that you can post to your school/organization’s website to help increase your exposure and sell tickets.
If your cause is worth fundraising for – it is worth putting in the effort to promote it.
After the first show, you will want to make this an annual tradition!
